Subtlety is lost…
I was taking some sort of college course in a large room with other students. As per usual, I had no idea what the subject was nor was I prepared. And I certainly wasn’t ready for an awards show. I was looking around at the audience which consisted of various random celebrities as well as personal friends and realized you were sitting across the aisle from me. But try as I might, I could not get your attention. Then I realized, horribly, that I was wearing an enormous cowboy hat BACKWARDS and that I should probably stop trying to get your attention. Unfortunately, that was the moment you chose to see me — and my make-up exploded like fireworks off my face.
